Bharat Aid is a democratic society. The general board meeting elects the executive board yearly. All members are invited for the general board meeting and will be held before the end of March. If anyone who can’t come for the meeting can submit a motion for the meeting. The society is fully dependent on non-profit making sources. A municipal service center, “Föreningsservice” helps with distributing all information to members and sponsors as well as the accounts. The membership fee is low, 100 Sw. Kr. per year which will cover all the administrative expenditures.Bharat Aid is registered as Non-Profit making society, Reg No. : 898800-8341. We are associated with SFI, The Society for Subscription Control, and have a 90-000 account. SFI will yearly check our accounts and relate our yearly income to the expenditures for administrative costs.
