Holy Apostles Convent
Holy Apostles Convent is a convent for Franciscan Sisters of Mary. The convent is running an orphanage and is located on the top of the holy mountain, ST Thomas Mount in Madras on the south Indian east coast. The charity is running some of the largest schools in the city and they also have large social activities for the poor people. At the orphanage about 80 children are living and there they will stay until the age of six when they will be placed in a boarding school or family. More than 100 children are sponsored by Bharat Aid and their individual sponsors.
